12-Month Limited Warranty (Calibre Madrid)

Calibre Madrid offers a 12-month limited warranty on eligible timepieces purchased directly from calibremadrid.com. This warranty is designed to cover manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

1) Warranty coverage

This warranty covers defects in:

  • Movement (timekeeping mechanism)

  • Hands, dial, or markers (if misaligned or improperly installed)

  • Crown or stem (if faulty under normal use)

  • Bracelet or clasp defects (hardware failure not caused by misuse)

If a covered defect is confirmed, Calibre Madrid will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the watch, or

  • Replace the watch (same model or equivalent), or

  • Issue a refund if replacement is not available

2) What is not covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, plating fade, discoloration)

  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, impacts, or crushing

  • Water damage due to misuse or submersion beyond the watch’s stated rating

  • Damage from exposure to chemicals (perfume, cleaning agents, solvents)

  • Damage caused by improper use, alteration, or unauthorized repair

  • Lost items, theft, or accidental loss

  • Batteries (normal battery replacement is not covered)

  • Strap or bracelet sizing issues or link removal damage

3) Eligibility

To be eligible:

  • The watch must be purchased directly from calibremadrid.com

  • The claim must be made within 12 months of the delivery date

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • The watch must be used under normal conditions

4) How to file a warranty claim

Email us at contact@calibremadrid.com with:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Photos/video showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

5) Return and shipping for warranty claims

If the claim is approved:

  • We may request the watch be returned for inspection

  • If the issue is confirmed as a covered defect, Calibre Madrid will cover shipping for repair/replacement

  • If the issue is not covered (for example, accidental damage), we may offer paid repair options if available, or return the item to you

6) Replacement terms

If a replacement is issued:

  • The replacement may be the same model or an equivalent model of equal value

  • Warranty coverage does not restart with a replacement; it continues from the original delivery date unless required by law

7) Limitations

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or country. Calibre Madrid’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described above.
