We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident ordering from Calibre Madrid.
1) Returns (30 days)
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Original packaging and included accessories must be returned

Protective films (if included) should remain intact
2) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing may take 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
3) Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A clear photo or video showing the issue
If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.
4) Return shipping costs

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: we will cover return shipping when approved.

If you are returning due to preference or change of mind: you are responsible for return shipping.
5) Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a different model or color, return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

7) Cancellations and order changes
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.
